WASHINGTON, DC – Igor Starkov, President of EcoDomus, is going to present a case study on a successful implementation of COBie at the Texas A&M University’s Health Science Center project during the upcoming EcoBuild conference.
Working with EcoDomus’ business partner – Broaddus & Associates – the team created the most advanced COBie data set in the industry for the $100M project. EcoDomus software was utilized by Broaddus & Associates’ data managers to clean and aggregate design and construction data in a comprehensive, COBie compliant data set for the future handover to a client and integration with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
